People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 13
People with disabilities who disagree with the results of disability evaluation and need assessment, must submit a written application to the municipal or county (city) competent authorities within 30 days commencing from the next day after receipt of the result, to apply for re-evaluation and re-assessment. The application is limited to one time only.The applicant shall pay for 40% of the re-evaluation and re-assessment fees according to the paragraph above. If the objection is accepted, the paid re-evaluation and re-assessment fees will be refunded to the people with disabilities concerned.The fees concerning an overdue application of re-evaluation and re-assessment according to Paragraph 1 above shall be self-paid for the whole operations.

身心障礙者對障礙鑑定及需求評估有異議者，應於收到通知書之次日起三十日內，以書面向直轄市、縣（市）主管機關提出申請重新鑑定及需求評估，並以一次為限。
依前項申請重新鑑定及需求評估，應負擔百分之四十之相關作業費用；其異議成立者，應退還之。
逾期申請第一項重新鑑定及需求評估者，其相關作業費用，應自行負擔。
