People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 107

The provision of Article 38 amended on June 5th in 2007 in this Act will come into force two years since the date of promulgation; Article 5 to Article 7, Article 13 to Article 15, Article 18, Article 26, Article 50, Article 51, Article 56, Article 58, Article 59 and Article 71 will come into force five years since the date of promulgation.The provisions amended on June 12, 2009 will come into force on November 23, 2009. The provisions amended on December 1st in 2015 will come into force as of the date of promulgation except that Article 61 will come into force two years since the date of promulgation.
