Regulations for Subsidizing Assistive Devices for People with Disabilities Article 15
Municipal and county (city) competent authorities shall disburse the subsidy within 1 month after receiving a cash subsidy application.If an applicant dies after their cash subsidy application has been approved and their assistive device has been purchased, their heir at law may submit the applicant’s death certificate for disbursement of the cash subsidy pursuant to Article 14.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應於受理申請撥付補助款後一個月內，完成撥付。
申請人經核定現金給付並完成輔具購買後死亡者，其法定繼承人得檢附申請人死亡證明相關文件，依前條規定申請撥付。
