Regulations for Subsidizing Assistive Devices for People with Disabilities Article 1
These Regulations are enacted pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 71 of the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”).The subsidization for assistive devices for people with disabilities shall be implemented in accordance with these Regulations unless otherwise prescribed by the Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
