Regulations for the Establishment and Permission of Private Children and Youth Welfare Institutes Article 15
Children and Youth Institutes whose permits are abolished by competent authorities shall return their permits; if they fail to return their permits, said permits shall be announced to be canceled; if such institutes are judicial persons, the competent authorities shall notify the court.

兒童及少年福利機構經主管機關廢止其設立許可時，應繳回設立許可證書，不繳回者，公告註銷設立許可證書；其為財團法人者，主管機關並應通知法院。
