Senior Citizens Welfare Act Article 49
In any of the following circumstances apply, the competent authority shall impose a fine between NT$60,000 and NT$300,000 and order correction within a specified period. If corrections are not made, penalties may be imposed on a per-instance basis:1. Increasing the number of service recipients before the competent authority confirms that previous corrections, as ordered under the preceding three articles, have been completed.2. Increasing the number of service recipients during a period of suspended operations.

有下列情形之一者，主管機關應處新臺幣六萬元以上三十萬元以下罰鍰，並限期令其改善，屆期未改善者，得按次處罰：
一、主管機關依前三條規定限期令其改善，未經主管機關查核確認改善完成前，增加收容服務對象。
二、老人福利機構於停業期間，增加收容服務對象。
