Senior Citizens Welfare Act Article 29
The labor competent authority shall actively promote employment for the elderly and strive to eliminate employment discrimination against the elderly.The policies and measures to promote employment for the elderly in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central labor competent authority.
