Regulations for Qualification and Service of Senior Citizens Welfare Service Providers Article 87
Recreation service providers shall handle the following matters:1. Respecting senior citizens’ desires of voluntarily participation.2. Considering senior citizens’ physical and mental abilities and recognition to provide the service.3. Providing accessible facilities and broad activity spaces; paying attention to senior citizens’ safety.4. Recreation facilities shall bear usage and safety instructions.5. Combing professional manpower to provide diverse selections of recreation activities to senior citizens.6. Promoting recognition of senior citizens’ recreation, enhancing self-consciousness of recreation, and establishing correct attitudes of recreation.

休閒服務提供單位應辦理下列事項：
一、尊重老人自主參與之意願。
二、考量老人身心負荷及認知能力，提供服務。
三、提供無障礙設施與寬廣活動空間，注意老人人身安全。
四、休閒設施應註明使用及安全性說明。
五、結合專業人力，提供老人多元選擇之休閒活動。
六、推廣老人休閒認知，提昇休閒自覺，建立正確休閒態度。
一、尊重老人自主參與之意願。

三、提供無障礙設施與寬廣活動空間，注意老人人身安全。
