Regulations for Qualification and Service of Senior Citizens Welfare Service Providers Article 61
Community-base food services are provided by the following institutions:1. Medical care institutions, nursing institutions, and medical treatment legal persons.2. Welfare institutions for senior citizens and welfare institutions for physically and mentally disabled citizens.3. Incorporated charitable associations, foundations, social welfare entities, community development associations, and care service labor cooperatives.4. Restaurants and other food and beverage enterprises.

社區式餐飲服務由下列單位提供：
