Body care and housekeeping service providers shall handle the following matters:1. Signing a service contract with the service recipient before providing service to clearly stipulate the rights and obligations of both parties.2. Drafting a service plan.3. Setting the working contents and supervision procedures.4. Making the medical records and case history records.

身體照顧及家務服務提供單位應辦理下列事項：
