Regulations for Qualification and Service of Senior Citizens Welfare Service Providers Article 102
Food services include the followings:1. Providing screening and evaluation according to residents’ nutrient conditions and needs.2. Designing and providing individual food according to residents’ individual conditions and needs.3. Providing nutrient consultation and hygienic education about food.4. Providing nutrient, hygienic and various dishes.5. Providing aiding tools or assisting in dining for residents with poor eating ability.

膳食服務內容如下：
一、提供住民營養狀況與需求之篩檢及評估。
二、視住民個別狀況與需求，設計及提供個人化飲食。
三、提供營養諮詢及飲食衛教。
四、提供營養、衛生且多變化之菜色。
五、對於進食能力不佳住民，提供輔助器具或協助進食。
