The competent authority is to consult, supervise, and inspect the business performance and financial management of the Institute in accordance with the Protection of Children and Youths Welfare and Rights Act.The competent authority is to have the Institute that performs poorly disciplined in accordance with the Protection of Children and Youths Welfare and Rights Act and with each court informed.
中文原文 少年安置輔導之福利及教養機構設置管理辦法第9條
主管機關應依兒童及少年福利與權益保障法及其相關法規，輔導、監督、檢查安置機構業務之執行及財務之管理。
前項機構辦理不善者，主管機關除應依兒童及少年福利與權益保障法及其相關法規處理外，並應通知各法院。
