Regulations on Living Allowance for Mid or Low-income Senior Citizens Article 7
The applicant shall be notified in writing of the results of the review of the preceding Article, as well as the time period of the grant and amount of the allowance; and the reasons shall be clearly stated upon the rejection of the application.The start time of the distribution of the allowance shall be from the month when all the documents are fully prepared and submitted.
