Cancer Control Act Article 5
The State shall allocate sufficient resources and integrate efforts from both the public and private sectors to promote advanced medical technology research, support clinical trials, and advance cancer control efforts. Knowledge of cancer prevention and appropriate medical care forcancer patients shall be incorporated into national compulsory education. The State shall also strive to reduce public exposure to carcinogenic risk factors.

國家應提供充分資源，並整合政府及民間力量，致力研究開發尖端醫學技術，協助推展臨床試驗，推動癌症防治工作，並應將防癌知識與癌症病人就醫之正確知識納入國民義務教育，致力於避免或減少國民暴露於可能致癌因子。
