Cancer Control Act Article 3
Terms used in this Act are defined as follows:1. "Cancer": Malignant tumors confirmed by pathologicalexamination, or presumptively diagnosed through othereffective examinations or tests, that are clinically characterized byrecurrence or metastasis.2. "Cancer screening": The process of identifyingindividuals who may or may not have cancer through examinations,testing, or other diagnostic methods.

本法用辭定義如下：
一、癌症：係指經由病理切片證實，或經其他檢查、檢驗有效推定診斷，在臨床上具有再發或轉移現象之惡性腫瘤。
二、癌症篩檢：係指利用檢查、檢驗或其他方法，辨別可能罹患癌症或可能未罹患癌症之過程。
