Regulations Governing the Reduction, Exemption or Subsidization of Expenses for Reproductive Health Measures Article 3
Those who are eligible for the previous reproductive health measures shall be exempted from the relevant expenses.For the exempted expenses specified in the preceding paragraph, institutions providing the reproductive health measures may apply for subsidies from the competent authorities.
