Regulations for the Designation of Physicians to Perform Induced Abortion or Sterilization Procedures Article 5
Physicians who meet the qualifications stipulated in these Regulations to perform induced abortion or sterilization procedures shall provide appropriate consulting services to the individual who undergoes such operations before and after the surgery.
