Prevention of Rare Diseases and Orphan Drug Act Article 32
The fines outlined in this Act shall be levied by the competent authorities.The fines referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall be paid within a specified time limit. Cases where fines are not paid within said time limit shall be turned over to the courts for law enforcement.

本法所定之罰鍰，由主管機關處罰之。
前項罰鍰經限期繳納，屆期未繳納者，依法移送強制執行。
