Prevention of Rare Diseases and Orphan Drug Act Article 26

Those who manufacture or import orphan drugs for which permits have not been issued, or who sell, supply, dispense, transport, store, hold, broker, transfer, or display for sale the orphan drugs with the knowledge that permits have not been issued for said drugs, shall be punished under the provisions of Article 82 and Article 83 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
