Prevention of Rare Diseases and Orphan Drug Act Article 15-1
After the orphan drug has been approved or the request for its specific permission to import has been approved by the central competent authority, the Review Committee shall be consulted in the process of examining an application for listing an orphan drug in the National Health Insurance Pharmaceutical Benefits and Reimbursement Schedule.
