Public Breastfeeding Act Article 6
The competent authorities in a municipality and county (city) shall implement an inspection or spot-checks on the rooms and their facilities that are set up in the public places.For the inspection or spot-check mentioned in the above paragraph, the owners and employees of the public places shall not avert, interfere, or refuse it and should provide any necessary assistance to examiners.
