Those who violate the second paragraph of Article 6 and avert from, interfere, or refuse inspection or spot-checks, or fail to provide necessary assistance to examiners shall be punished with a fine of no less than NT$ 4,000 but no more than NT$ 20,000.Those who violate Article 7-1 and fail to set up a breastfeeding (collecting) room separate from other spaces shall be punished with a fine of no less than NT$ 20,000 but no more than NT$ 100,000. If they still fail to do so upon expiration of the time limit, repeated fines can be imposed.

違反第六條第二項規定，規避、妨礙或拒絕檢查、抽查或未提供必要之協助者，處新臺幣四千元以上二萬元以下罰鍰。
違反第七條之一規定，未將哺（集）乳室設為獨立空間者，直轄市或縣（市）主管機關應加以勸導，並命其限期改善；屆期未改善者，處新臺幣二萬元以上十萬元以下罰鍰，並得按次處罰。
