Assisted Reproduction Act Article 36

Whoever obtains consent described in Paragraph 1 of Article 23, or Paragraph 1 of Article 24 by fraud or coercion shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than three years.Whoever solicits or abets another person to commit the crimes as described in the proceeding paragraph, shall be guilty of the crime and punished.Any violation of this article shall be indictable only upon complaint.
