Assisted Reproduction Act Article 13
A medical care institution performing assisted reproduction shall not use a specific donor’s reproductive cells as requested by the recipient couple; a medical care institution shall not use donated reproductive cells for a specific recipient couple as requested by the donor.Medical care institutions shall provide information concerning the donor's ethnicity, skin color, and blood type for the reference of the recipient couple.

醫療機構實施人工生殖，不得應受術夫妻要求，使用特定人捐贈之生殖細胞；接受捐贈生殖細胞，不得應捐贈人要求，用於特定之受術夫妻。
醫療機構應提供捐贈人之種族、膚色及血型資料，供受術夫妻參考。
