Regulations for Inquiring Kinship Information of Concern to the Children Born Through Assisted Reproduction Article 2
Child born after 1998 and registered at the competent authority as conceived through assisted reproduction by the use of donated reproductive cells (hereafter referred to as “AR person”) or his/ her legal guardian may apply to the competent authority for AR person certificate if any one of the conditions specified in Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the Act is met.

中華民國八十七年後，經主管機關登錄在案，接受生殖細胞捐贈所生之子女（以下稱人工生殖子女）或其法定代理人，有本法第二十九條第一項所定各款情形之一者，得向主管機關申請發給人工生殖子女證明書。
