Drug Injury Relief Act Article 9
Drug manufacturers and importers shall submit information and relevant documents regarding the estimated sales for the current year or the sales figures from the previous year by the deadline specified by the competent authority.To facilitate drug injury relief and related services, the competent authority may require drug manufacturers and importers to provide relevant documents. Drug manufacturers and importers shall not refuse, avoid, or impede such requirements.

藥物製造業者及輸入業者應依主管機關規定期限，申報當年度估算銷售額或前一年度銷售額及相關資料。
主管機關為辦理藥害救濟及其相關業務，得要求藥物製造業者及輸入業者提供相關資料，藥物製造業者及輸入業者不得拒絕、規避或妨礙。
