Law:: Drug Injury Relief Act
Chinese:: 藥害救濟法第28條

This Act shall take into force on the date of promulgation.The date of enforcement of the amendment to Subparagraph 2 of Article 3 of this Act promulgated on January 30, 2026, concerning Paragraph 1 of Article 27-3 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, shall be prescribed by the Executive Yuan.
