The Mobilisation of Reserve Medicines and Medical Devices Regulations Article 8
Municipal, county or city government health authorities shall provide counseling services to public and private hospitals within their jurisdiction annually, with regular checks on their reserve medicines and medical devices.For the control and schedule of use, and the counseling with regular checks on reserve medicines and medical devices as prescribed in the preceding article and paragraph, the activities to be carried out in armed forces hospitals shall be performed by the Medical Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of National Defense.

直轄市、縣（市）政府衛生主管機關，對轄區內公、民營醫院藥品醫材儲備情形，每年應定期實施輔導檢查。
前條所定之管制與調度使用及前項所定之輔導檢查，國軍醫院由國防部軍醫局為之。
