The Mobilisation of Reserve Medicines and Medical Devices Regulations Article 3
The term “public and private hospitals” means –1. the emergency responsible hospitals designated by the municipal, county or city government health authorities as in accordance with the Emergency Medical Services Act;2. Armed Forces Hospitals;3. other hospitals as appointed by the municipal, county or city government health authorities when necessary.

本辦法所稱公、民營醫院，係指下列之醫院：
一、直轄市、縣（市）政府衛生主管機關，依緊急醫療救護法規定，指定之急救責任醫院。
二、國軍醫院。
三、其他經直轄市、縣（市）政府衛生主管機關依需要指定之醫院。
