A medical institution or pharmacy shall establish standard operating procedures for compounding.The standard operating procedures as described in the preceding Paragraph shall include the following matters:1. Steps in the compounding process.2. Confirmation of the correctness of the compounding process.3. Making and keeping records of the compounding process.

醫療機構或藥局調製藥品，應訂定標準作業程序。
