Regulations on Good Practices for Drug Dispensation Article 13
A medical institution or pharmacy shall keep the source evidences and relevant documents or data of any drugs it dispensed for at least three years.The documents and data as described in the preceding Paragraph may be kept in electronic form.

醫療機構或藥局應就其所調劑藥品之來源憑證及其他相關文件、資料，至少保存三年。
