The “packaging” field on the application form for Chinese medicine registration shall contain such information as quantity, materials, and types of packaging. The minimum packaging unit used for indicating the quantity shall be consistent with the dosage form unit stated on the application form for drug registration.The weight of the packaging for Chinese medicated patches, as indicated on the labels, shall not include the weight of the films.

中藥查驗登記申請書之包裝欄，應載明包裝數量、包裝材質及包裝形態；其包裝數量所載之包裝最小單位，應與藥品查驗登記申請書之劑型單位相同。
