Regulations Governing Accreditation and Outsourced Accreditation Management of Drugs Testing Institutions Article 25
An independent provider implementing an on-site assessment pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 6 shall submit the prepared assessment schedule to the central competent health authority a week before the assessment date; on the other hand, the central competent health authority may appoint a representative to attend the assessment. The independent provider shall not evade, obstruct, or refuse such attendance.

受託者依第六條第一項進行實地查核時，應於查核一星期前，將預定行程通知中央衛生主管機關；中央衛生主管機關得派員隨同查核，受託者不得規避、妨礙或拒絕。
