Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations Article 27
When Chinese herbal medicine factories receive shipments of raw materials, product containers or caps, they shall collect representative samples from each batch for testing; a note of this action shall be made on the original container.Containers holding the samples described in the preceding Paragraph shall be appropriately labeled to facilitate tracking of sample names, batch numbers, sampling basis, original container and name of sampler.

中藥廠於原料、產品容器及封蓋進貨時，應逐批抽取供檢驗之代表性樣品，並於原裝容器上註明。
前項樣品之容器，應有適當標識，以追溯所標樣品之名稱、批號、取樣之依據、原裝容器及取樣者姓名。
