Regulations on Management of Medicament Samples and Gifts Article 19-1
When necessary, the central health competent authority may delegate a subordinate agency (or institution) or commission a relevant agency (or institution), legal entity, or group to conduct all or part of the review of applications for drug samples or gifts submitted in accordance with these regulations.
