Facilities used to manufacture pharmaceuticals for internal use and intense toxic drugs for external use shall be kept strictly separate, and may not be used interchangeably.Facilities and equipment used to manufacture pharmaceuticals for humans and animals should be kept separately. Separate areas should be designated for manufacturing pharmaceuticals for humans and animals, unless those for animals meet the standard for humans.

製造內服與毒劇外用藥品之設備，應嚴格區分，不得互為挪用。
製造人用藥品與動物用藥品之場所設備均應分開，不得在未隔絕之同一建築物作業。
但使用符合人用藥品規格製造動物用藥品者，不在此限。
