Factories that manufacture Chinese herbal plasters/poultices and adhesive pads shall, as needed, install the following facilities:(1) Pulverizing facilities;(2) Mixing facilities;(3) Paste boiling vat and stirring facilities;(4) Plaster coating facilities;(5) Cutting facilities.
