Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Enforcement Rules Article 6

The term "drug imported without prior approval" in Article 22, subparagraph 2 of the Act means that no drug permit license allowing import has been approved and issued by the central competent health authority in accordance with Article 39 of the Act.
