Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Enforcement Rules Article 43
The name of an informant or a person who assists in the seizure of counterfeit drugs, misbranded drugs, prohibited drugs, defective medical devices, or medical devices manufactured or imported without prior approval shall be kept confidential, and may not be divulged.
