Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Enforcement Rules Article 33
The term "may not purchase or sell," in Article 49 of the Act, includes the sale of drugs to other than pharmacies, pharmaceutical firms, or medical care institutions. However, this rule does not apply to single-herb Chinese medicines that are manufactured by manufacturers of Chinese medicines for both medical and dietary purposes and wholesaled to food manufacturers as food raw materials.

本法第四十九條所稱不得買賣，包括不得將藥物供應非藥局、非藥商及非醫療機構。
