Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Enforcement Rules Article 18

A pharmacist, assistant pharmacist, or Chinese medicine doctor employed by a seller of drugs in accordance with Article 28 of the Act, or a pharmacist or an assistant pharmacist that personally manages the business of a pharmacy in accordance with Article 19 of the Act, shall be personally present to conduct business at the firm's place of business. When that person is not present at the place of business, a sign clearly indicating that fact shall be hung on the door.
