Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Article 91

Any violator of any of the provisions of Article 65 or Article 80, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs 1 through 4 shall be issued a fine of not less than NT$200,000 but not more than NT$5 million.Any violator of the provisions of Article 69 shall be issued a fine of not less than NT$600,000 but not more than NT$25 million, and the violating products shall be confiscated and destroyed.
