Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Article 56
Where any medicament manufactured and sold under official approval is intended to be sold abroad through export and if the importing country requires a literal certificate, the manufacturer of such medicament shall apply to the central competent health authority to issue an export certificate prior to the exportation thereof.The central competent health authority may, in consideration of the insufficiency to meet domestic demands, restrict or limit the export of the medicament(s) referred to in the preceding paragraph.

經核准製售之藥物，如輸出國外銷售時，其應輸入國家要求證明文字者，應於輸出前，由製造廠商申請中央衛生主管機關發給輸出證明書。
