Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Article 46
Without approval of the central competent health authority, no alteration may be made to any of the originally registered particulars pertaining to any medicament approved for manufacture or import.Transfer registration shall be required if an approved medicament manufacture or import license is to be transferred.
