Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Article 19
The term “pharmacy” used in this Act shall refer to premises managed by a pharmacist or an assistant pharmacist, where drugs are legally dispensed and supplied.Pharmacies defined in the preceding paragraph may concurrently engage in the retailing of drugs and medical devices at a certain level.The scope and classifications of the medical devices of certain levels mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be decided by the central competent health authority.

本法所稱藥局，係指藥師或藥劑生親自主持，依法執行藥品調劑、供應業務之處所。
前項藥局得兼營藥品及一定等級之醫療器材零售業務。
