Regulations Governing Accreditation and Management of Drug Abuse Urine Testing and Medical Institutions Article 44

Under any of the following circumstances of the testing institution, the executive institution shall notify relevant government agencies of its decisions in written form:1. Suspension of testing according to Article 39.2. Termination of testing practice, revocation or abolishment of accreditation of the testing institution in accordance with Articles 40, 42, or the preceding Article.
