Regulations for the Inspection and Examination of Imported Cosmetics Article 8
The inspection and sampling shall be conducted at the storage site of products. If the products shipped in full container load, the inspection and sampling shall be conducted at the centralized inspection area or the specified zone approved by Taiwan Food and Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (TFDA).
