Enforcement Rules of Health Food Control Act Article 12

The material facts to be labeled on health food pursuant to subparagraphs 1 to 6 and 10 of the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Act shall be governed by the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation and the relevant regulations.The characters to be labeled pursuant to subparagraphs 7 to 9 of the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Act shall be governed by the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation and the relevant regulations.
