Health Food Governing Act Article 10
Health food shall be manufactured in accordance with good manufacturing practices.Imported health food shall comply with the good manufacturing practices of the country of origin.Standards for the good manufacturing practices mentioned in the first paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.
