REGULATIONS FOR APPLICATION OF HEALTH FOOD PERMIT Article 9
If the documents and information in the secondary review are incomplete considered by the central competent authority in the preceding Article, the applicants shall, within one month after receiving the notice of the central competent authority, submit the supplementary documents and information, and may apply for a one-month extension if necessary. The application for extension is limited to one time only. Without submitting the supplementary documents and information within the time limit results in the rejection of the application.

中央主管機關為前條複審時，認定文件、資料不完備者，廠商應於收受中央主管機關通知後一個月內補正；必要時，得申請延長一個月，並以一次為限。
